Toronto Glasses

Overall experience I give a 10 out of 10. Everything went as expected. Glasses arrived in aprox. 6 days. Very professional. The site has measurements of the glasses and this is what I like best!

I didn't spend too much money, I can see perfectly with my new glasses, no complaints on the customer service...my only problem was that it took over a month for me to get them. They did explain that the delay was due to their bogo sale, which started a couple days after my purchase...so, in other words, I was getting punished becayse everyone else was getting a second pair free, but I couldn't even take advantage of that sale...they did return my shipping fee

I ORDERED A PAIR OF GLASSES ON AUG. 18TH. I RECEIVED THEM ON SEPT 25TH. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF NOT RECEIVING THEM I TRYED TO CHECK WHAT WAS GOING ON. AFTER MANY LIVE CHATS AND PHONE CALLS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 3 DAYS AND 3 WEEKS. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT BUT THERE WASN'T ANY MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE. WHEN I GOT THE GLASSES, FINALLY, THEY WERE WHAT I WANTED.
