I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a strong lens configuration One pair of glasses arrived broken, but a simple phone call put another order for a replacement which arrived within 10 days compared to the 20 days it took for the original order to be completed and delivered. The glasses fit very well and the savings were amazing. Anyone not using this service must be either rich or stupid.
